Presentation Topic: Moving the needle - Aligning Supply Chain Skills with Drivers of Excellence

Supply chain as the key enabler of business strategy should have all the resources aligned to drive the strategy. While strategy is about delivering a value proposition to have a unique sustainable competitive advantage, often times, multiple operational strategies are needed to drive customer value. And that calls for resources, specific skills and competency. Moving the needle in terms of competitive advantage can only happen if those skills and resources are aligned and continuously honed and evaluated. This presentation is about identifying the skills, aligning those and the resources to deliver and sustain customer value and competitive advantage.
