Presentation Topic: Challenges with Market Speed

This presentation will touch on the following themes:

  • Labor scarcity:   The types of  available SC “labor” necessary to operate in an automated and artificial intelligence (AI) world are in short supply in the established economies
  • Market Speed:   The internet has enabled what we call the “Amazon” effect, making product customization and competitor comparisons an open source.  This is enhancing interaction with customers and driving new business models.
  • Technology:      Game-changing technologies continue to enable intelligent automation that merges capabilities like knowledge, skills, and processes in a continual cycle of execution, exploration, and learning.
